MyGuide offers one of the most comprehensive warranties in the industry*. We control the quality of the materials and components during manufacture. In the rare case that a product needs to be replaced, please email us on support@myguidegpsusa.com. We prefer this method of communication. If you wish, please call us at 1-408-855-8412. A technician will diagnose the problem. If required, a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) will be issued. The return location will also be advised. Be sure to quote the RMA number on the package returned. We will pay the return postage charges to you.
