Connectivity Service Agreement

We recommend you read and print this agreement for your files.

By checking "I have read and agree to the service agreement", you will be bound to the following for a one-year term (renewable in accordance with the Terms of Service):
1) The Terms of Service are for GPRS data services in connection with MyGuide Navigation (PND) or Tracking Devices (TD)
2) The "Plan Terms" and other information regarding your data rate plans are contained on the following pages

3) Please note that these SIM cards are designed to work in your Eco Navigator for:

a)      Internet access. NOTE:  excessive Internet browsing and page views can lead to excess charges. Please check prior to use.

b)      Uploading of vehicle data to a central server. This data will be available for download in report format by the user to enable service personnel to diagnose and troubleshoot vehicle issues. All connectivity subscribers get free access to these reports

c)      Live traffic from the Inrix map server, updated in North America every 3 minutes.

d)      For tracking devices they will provide location data and enable SMS messaging to pre-designated cell phone numbers.

PLEASE READ THIS AGREEMENT CAREFULLY TO ENSURE THAT YOU UNDERSTAND EACH PROVISION.

Please Note as follows:

1.      Qualifier: The SIM cards provided by MyGuide are for the use with their Personal Navigation Devices (PNDs) or Tracking Devices (TDs) and are not tested not qualified for use with other devices or services.

2.      Data Only: The SIM cards refer to DATA PLANS ONLY. This allows access through GPRS communications to services such as I Live traffic and Location tracking. There is no provision for voice calls or SMS messaging.

3.      Usage: All SIM cards are entitled to a 2 MB per month basic data flow within the base terms and fees of the service contract. All data in excess of this amount are subject to additional fees.

4.      Domestic: US based customers may use the SIM cards internationally through roaming partners; however, roaming fees apply depending on country. See fees below

5.      Fees:

a.      Base rate for 2 MB of service

b.      Each Kb (kilobyte) over the base amount will incur a cost of $ 0.06 in the USA, and will be charged in a subsequent time period

c.       All usage internationally may be subject to additional charges. Many countries in Europe, Russia, India, Australia & New Zealand do not incur roaming charges. (Local area maps may be purchased separately).  Customers are requested to check with the MyGuide Support team or about fees for a particular country before they leave on a journey.

6.      Interruption of Service & termination:

a.      Customers will be billed monthly on the 1st of each month. The first month, or part of month, of service is FREE from date of service sign up to the last day of that month.

b.      All fees are due in advance of the month of service

c.       Any payment issues may result in additional fees and interruption of service. MyGuide may interrupt service for non payment for whatever reason.

d.      Lost or stolen SIM cards/devices will only qualify for termination at the point of notice of loss. A card re-issue fee may apply

e.      Any interruption of service for non-payment will incur a re-connection fee of $ 25.00

f.        Any cancellation of the of the contract during the first 6 months of service will incur a $ 50 penalty

7.      Payment & Fees:  we accept Visa/MasterCard or PayPal

a.      Monthly charges of $ 14.95 are billed on the 1st of each month

b.      A quarterly payment in advance qualifies for a 10% discount. The quarterly charge is $ 40.36, or $ 13.45

c.       A six month payment in advance qualifies for a  15% discount or $ 76,25, or $12.71 monthly

d.      An annual payment in advance qualifies for a 20% discount to $ 143.52, or $11.96 monthly

e.      Contract renews automatically on the 1st anniversary and is then deemed to be on a month-to-month basis. NO TERMINATION FEES apply .

NOTE: these rates apply for the 2 MB per month of base data usage. All amounts above that will be charged as per our fee table below

Customers are requested to read each clause and ensure understanding. We cannot be held responsible for errors or omissions or lack of diligence on the part of our customers.

I agree to this agreement and all terms and conditions therein and request service for my Eco navigator or Tracking Device.  I have read and agree to this service agreement.
